Our terms and conditions of shipment are as folling:
Terms
Since every doll is an individual item, it may happen that the doll on your wish list has already been sold. We are going to notify you via e-mail or phone immediately in this case.
If you wish so, there is the possibility to build an almost exact replica of the doll. The delivery time may change according to different requests.
Every order is confirmed via e-mail or phone, therefore we can clarify questions beforehand.
Stated prices are gross prices in EUR (including VAT of 20%). All prices are non-binding.
Please understand that new customers can only be delivered if they pay on delivery or c.w.o. with a discount of 3%.
The delivery will take place within two days of receiving the payment. It will be sent via the insured parcel service of the Austrian Post. If the order value is more than EUR 500.--
we will accept the costs of the delivery and packaging (only for orders within Austria).

Complaints or objections need to be made immediately.
